Event Summary

Episode 3 in the story missions is nearing the final stages... Rally the strength of the GUARDIANS to uncover a new mystery in the saga!!

As the Guardians make steady progress in their preparations for the final showdown, the SEED sense the impending threat and attack! Stop the SEED invasion! Summon the full force of the GUARDIANS to defeat creatures throughout the system!

Event missions will deliver the high drop rates and experience points you've come to expect! This is your big chance to score some never-before-seen rare items in S2 rank missions!

Event Features

Will the thread of another mystery be unraveled for a popular character in missions linked to the main story?
Rally the Guardians to achieve the point objective set in the panels! Points will be added to the total score by defeating as many attacking creatures as possible.
Gather as many Megi-spheres as possible containing the compressed, pure form of dark Megi-photons and trade them with special event rare items! What items await your discovery? A newly developed weapon for the GUARDIANS? An item that symbolizes darkness?

Event Missions

As the back and forth struggle continues against the SEED-Forms, the GUARDIANS install photon generators on the RELICS sites found on various planets in anticipation of the Unification Point. The SEED-Forms have sensed the GUARDIANS operations and begin their brutal attacks against the photon generator sites. The GUARDIANS have responded to these attacks by rallying their ranks to initiate the operation known as "Shred the Darkness." Using the cover of the chaos wrought by the swarm of SEED-Forms, however, another threat emerges--remnants of the Illuminus. The GUARDIANS must defeat the onslaught of SEED-Forms and Illuminus that threaten to plunge the universe into darkness and bring peace to the Gurhal system.

Gather to get a detailed briefing on the mission.

Damage caused by native lifeforms affected by the contamination has also been reported. Exterminate the creatures that have invaded the RELICS site and subdue the violent De Ragan!

This mission can be started without clearing specific story missions. However, depending on the difficulty level, the event specific item Megi-sphere may be required to accept the mission.

「Dark Crystal Seeker」: Live Dates：April 17, 2009 - May 28, 2009; Start counter：GUARDIANS Colony Clyez City：5F; Collect Megi-spheres from mission sites. We will prepare a selection of support items commensurate with your results. We look forward to your efforts!

Rewards

We'll be keeping track of the number of creatures everyone has destroyed. When score objectives are reached, the rewards hidden by the "SECRET" panels on the main page of the website will be revealed! These rewards will be distributed or implemented at later date. All Guardians need to work together to open those panels!

All players who have accepted "The Magashi Plan" mission and can skip the first event conversation are eligible to receive in-game items.
In-game bonuses will be distributed or implemented after the Shred the Darkness event ends. Details will be announced after the end of the event.
The total number of creatures defeated is tracked only for those creatures killed in Event Missions. The Episode 3 side story will not have an effect on the Hit the Counter milestones or the total creature count.

Important Notes

Please read the "Event Terms of Participation" before playing.
If a player's mission participation time in a trial is less than 80% of the total mission time, they will be ineligible for Hit the Counter bonuses.
